Consent

1. I hereby warrant that I have secured the consent of the individuals whose names I declared as character references in connection with my loan application with Fingertip Finance Corp., formerly Fingertip Lending Corp., operating under the trade name Big Loan.
2. I understand that Big Loan will be contacting these character references for identity verification and background check and for collection purposes in the event that I cannot be contacted after two (2) unsuccessful attempts. If you click or check DISAGREE to the Privacy Statement below, we will be unable to proceed with the processing of your application.
3. In compliance with the requirements of The Data Privacy Act of 2012 RA 10173 (“DPA”), I hereby authorize the processing, such as verification, validation, collection of payment, evaluation and sharing of information to third party partners obtained from me in the course of my application with Fingertip Finance Corp. (Big Loan). The data which include my personal information or sensitive personal information and such information which Big Loan may have directly or indirectly gathered and may hereafter gather through its own verification and validation, in public domains, and/or through other legally permissible methods and means as defined under DPA and its implementing rules and regulations and any of its amendments, as well as other laws relevant to the confidentiality, data privacy and protection whether manually or in electronic or digital form may be collected, stored, processed and/or shared for five (5) years from the transaction.

For clients/borrowers with existing applications or account/s with our Affiliates or Authorized Partners:

1. I hereby authorize Big Loan Mobile App, Big Loan and/or Fingertip Finance Corp. (collectively referred to as“Big Loan” or “ Fingertip Finance Corp.”), to access, collect, process and use my personal data and financial information that may already exist or be available through their affiliates, authorized partners, partner applications, or related platforms. This includes entities with whom I may have previously interacted for financial or service-related purposes. Please refer to the Privacy Policy of Big Loan for more information on its affiliates and authorized partners.
2. I understand that this information may include, but is not limited to, identification details, contact information, personal information, financial data, credit history, loan performance, and other relevant records and documents. I consent to the sharing, processing and retrieval of such data from partner entities and applications for the sole purpose of identity verification, credit assessment, risk evaluation, and to comply with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) regulatory requirements in relation to my loan application with Fingertip Finance Corp.
3. I acknowledge that this consent enables Fingertip Finance Corp. to enhance its credit evaluation and loan processing systems and that all information will be handled in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and the company’s privacy policy.
